Yamasaki is a cosmetics maker which manufactures and sells a variety of products, from one of the very first products of the leave-in hair treatments market, La Sana Seaweed Hair Essence (domestic top-seller for 11 years in the leave-in hair treatment market), to hair and skin care products, aroma products, bath salts, and more. As a company, their free sample marketing strategy led to a huge increase in sales via word of mouth, and, to provide better quality services to their customers, everything from R&D, manufacturing, sales, customer call center, and shipping are done in-house.

| Program | Visitors can watch our products from production to delivery from behind glass windows. They can also watch our researchers working on cosmetics in our in-house R&D lab. We also have a hands-on exhibit where visitors can take a stroll through our rooftop garden or try their hand at adding fragrances to hair mists. Q&A sessions are also available upon request. |
