OKONOMIYAKI Cooking Experience (2) “OKOSTA”
A hands-on cooking studio for grilling your own Hiroshima okonomiyaki has opened at JR Hiroshima Station. You can cook Hiroshima okonomiyaki with an instructor using an authentic teppan (iron plate) just like in a restaurant.
Vegetarian and halal options are available.
